Wheelers FC 2–2 Potros FC

The unbeaten run is over. Wheelers FC, perfect through three games, were pegged back to a 2–2 draw by a resilient Potros side that defied the odds.

The story writes itself: Potros arrived without Carlos Mejia, their four-goal talisman, suspended after his red card last time out. Few gave them a chance against the runaway leaders. But Sukhraj Singh and Thomas Romero both found the net to earn a share of the spoils in one of the results of the season.

For Wheelers, Yomi Bashir and player-coach Shina Orebiyi were on target, but for the first time this campaign they could not find a winning way. It's their first dropped points — and it blows the title race wide open.

Potros, depleted but defiant, walk away with a point that feels like a victory. Credit to them.
